Senior Cross-Sell Manager

One of the largest online gaming brands is currently seeking a Senior Cross-Sell Manager to lead and take responsibility for a team of executives to track & report activity, and to plan, deliver & optimise campaigns across their online markets & products, reporting directly to the Head of Cross-Sell.


* Principle point of contact for cross-sell Commercial functions
* Working closely with Head of Cross-Sell to define the cross-sell strategy across all products and channels
* Delivering & implementing the strategy agreed upon
* Focusing on acquisition & performance of Cross-Sell team
* Managing a team of Executives, who will track & report activity and plan, deliver, & optimise all Cross-Sell campaigns across their online markets & products
* Developing and delivering cross-sell strategy
* Defining priorities & setting goals with the Head of Cross-Sell
* Solving complex problems by bringing structure, qualitative & quantitative analysis techniques
* Making independent decisions based on data insights and analytics to solve problems
* Holding your team accountable to their goals by leading with example, & giving them the opportunity to grow, learn and develop
* Establishing & building relationships with key stakeholders across the business
* Achieving that cross-sell targets are hit
* Coordinating communications & placements, of products to achieve maximum reach and exposure
* Developing & implementing marketing strategy and marketing plan, ensuring that it is in alignment with commercial objectives by liaising with the Operational teams
* Working with the wider analytical teams to gain insights and understanding on the performance of the cross-sell business.
* Optimising cross-sell performance through analysis from various aspects of the business, including financial, operations, product and marketing




* Subject matter expertise on cross-sell
* An understanding of how to drive cross-sell customer performance by knowing market & competitor trends
* An understanding of the customer proposition and the Brand strategy to ensure the best customer experience
* Ability to manage & influence the team, along with key stakeholders
* Customer focused & result orientated
* Ability to work in a team
* A quality short and long term decision making ability
* Strong commercial focus and previous experience in commercial role
* Previous experience of developing and implementing strategies to achieve performance goals
* Highly analytical thinker with advanced problem solving skills
* Experience of building and developing high performance teams
* Ability to work under pressure of targets and ROI goals
